Andreas Teuber

Andreas Teuber is the Associate Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Department of Philosophy at Brandeis University. Teuber is also a Member and Fellow of the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton. He studied under the famous philosophers John Rawls and Robert Nozick, and has influenced other philosophers and other scholars. In an earlier career, Teuber was an actor. As an Oxford University student, he performed in Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor's vanity-project, "Doctor Faustus", where he garnered favorable reviews as Mephistopheles in a movie that saw few good marks.
