John Flanagan is an Irish soccer player currently playing with Dundalk F.C. [http://www.dundalkfc.com/1stteam/johnflanagan.asp] .
He started his career with Home Farm F.C..
He then joined Dundalk and helped lead them to victory from central midfield in the FAI Cup in 2002 against Bohemians.
He joined Drogheda United after being released by the then manager Trevor Anderson. He transferred to Athlone Town for a short spell before rejoining Dundalk in 2005 where he now plays as a right back.
