Ahn Sang-hong

Ahn Sahng-Hong (died 1985) founded the World Mission Society Church of God (in Korean, 하나님의교회 세계복음선교협회). He was born in South Korea to Buddhist parents.

According to the Church of God, he joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 1947. He renounced Buddhism and was baptized in 1948. He created the World Mission Society Church of God in 1964.

Regarded by his followers as the second coming Christ, Ahn sahng-hong is also the author of several booksFact|date=August 2007, including "Visitors from the Angelic World", "The Seal of God and the last plagues", etc. Throughout the 35 chapters of one book, "The Mystery of God and The Spring of The Water of Life", Ahn sahng-hong testifies about the coming of what the church refers to as the "Mother God".Fact|date=December 2007
