British Asian BBC 2 arts, culture, lifestyle and entertainment television magazine show "Desi DNA ". In September 2007 he began directing The Culture Show which is broadcast on BBC 2 http://www.bbc.co.uk/cultureshow/A current project being concluded by Khan is a short film entitled "Orange People", which concerns the dangers of obsessive suntanning. 2 writing projects that Waheed is putting the final touches to include a theatre play, 'Easy As Pie' and a feature length screenplay, 'Terra Cotta Path'.
