Christian singer/songwriter originally fromTennille, Georgia . He has released one independently produced studio album entitled "Lead On" and several "homemade" recordings. He often travels as a Contemporary Worship Leader when not performing his original songs in concert. He has worked withM-Fuge (aSouthern Baptist youth camp) as well as a visiting worship leader for various Churches and youth functions, generally in the Southeast.Usually Neal performs solo and accompanies himself with an acoustic guitar, although he has played with various bands and musicians in the past. "Something More", his next studio album, is currently in the works.
On January 8th, 2005, Neal married Amy Bynum, whom he met while working an M-Fuge camp in
Mobile, Alabama . The Hartley's currently reside in Henderson, NC where Neal is a seminary student/youth minister and Amy is a school teacher. Neal and Amy are eagerly awaiting the birth of their first son "Will" who is due to be born sometime around the first of October.Neal's music is currently being marketed and distributed through companies like CD Baby, Rhapsody, and Apple's iTunes. In 2006, Neal's song "All These Things" was released on a compilation album by LifeWay Christian Resources featuring music by
Chris Tomlin ,Jars of Clay , and many other Christian music favorites entitled "Our Great God."Albums
