Jamia Taleem-ul-islam MamunKanjan was first built in a small village named Chak # 493 GB(ODAAN WALA)in Punjab near Failsalabad then it was shifted in MamunKanjan.But a part of this institution already working in Chak No.493 GB. The institution housed thousands of students and millions have gained the religious education from here. Students came from inside Pakistan as well as from outside Pakistan as Saudi Arabia,Afghanistan, India, Kuwait. It is serving from more than 60 years before the creation of Pakistan. Many of its students are serving out of the Country like Moulana Abdul Khaliq in Kuwait
