The Diss Express is an English newspaper that covers a 500-mile square circulation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and has a print/online audience of more than 29,000. It is owned by Johnston Press.
It was founded by Mr Abbott in November 1864 as the Diss Express and Norfolk & Suffolk Journal.
A new edition of the paper is released every Friday and it currently (March 2008) costs 48p.
The Diss Express also publishes a free monthly community newsletter, the Attleborough Monthly.
Major towns and villages covered by the Diss Express include Diss; Eye, Suffolk; Harleston; Attleborough; Framlingham; Debenham and Long Stratton.
