Ovation VXT

The VXT is a new, American-made guitar from Ovation Guitars. It is of the hybrid category, neither acoustic nor electric, though it has the appearance of an electric guitar it is capable of faithfully producing acoustic tones. The VXT stands for Variable Cross Tone. Which references its ability to vary its tone from acoustic to electric and gradient tones in-between.[1] The guitar has two Duncan 59 humbucker pickups.[2]

The vxt is now available in black, sunburst, carmel burst, cherry and silver. The silver is equipped with P 90 pickups only. It goes by designation VXT-S. A black VXT-S is also available, with the P 90s.
