Rha Woong-Bae

Rha Woong-Bae is the Chairman of the Hanbit Forum. He was also the former Finance and Economy Minister of the Republic of Korea under President Kim Dae-Jung.

He holds an PhD (1968) from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
