Jan Hendrik Hofmeyr may refer to one of two South African politicians:

* Jan Hendrik Hofmeyr, (1845-1909), Journalist and South African politician, leader of the Afrikaner Bond political party of the Cape Colony, or his nephew;
* Jan Hendrik Hofmeyr, (1894-1948), university professor and South African politician.
