Robert E. Myers ("Bob") (born December 11, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a partner of the McCarthy Capital Corporation (McCarthy) [http://www.mccarthygroup.com] , a private equity firm which is a subsidiary of the McCarthy Group, LLC [http://www.mccarthygroup.com] , based in Omaha, NE. Mr. Myers is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, structuring and financing deals, and consummating transactions. Mr. Myers also assists with existing portfolio management. In addition Mr. Myers spent 17 years with First Data Corp., [http://www.firstdata.com] (NYSE: FDC). Mr. Myers is on the board of directors of Adesta, LLC [http://www.adestagroup.com] and BlueLine Media Holdings, LLC [http://www.bluelinemediaholdings.com] .
