While originally built on the outskirts of the town, urban expansion means it now lies in the town proper. Letterkenny has been identified as one of Europe's fastest growing towns by business owners. The main anchor stores have been Quinnsworth (now Tesco) and Penneys department store. The shopping centre comprises 11,705 m² of retail space and over 40 retail units.

Redevelopment
