Fred Swan

Fred Swan is an American painter who resides in Barre, Vermont. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy [http://www.bayberrydesigns.com/artists%20pages/Swan/swan.htm "Fred Swan"] , Bayberry's Featured Artists] , and then taught mathematics at Spaulding High School.
