Pascal Mendy (born 11 January, 1979) is a Senegalese footballer currently playing as a defender for Lithuanian side FBK Kaunas.

A former Dynamo Moscow player, Mendy signed for Kaunas in February 2007 on the understanding that he will eventually be loaned to Scottish club Hearts. Lithuanian-Russian businessman Vladimir Romanov finances both clubs and a number of Kaunas players have already moved to Hearts in this manner.

At the start of the 2006-2007 season, Mendy played for Maltese side Birkirkara FC in the Euro Challenge Cup, but was released after a single game.
