Adrian Mrowiec (born December 1, 1983 in Wałbrzych) is a Polish footballer. He currently plays as a defender for Hearts in the Scottish Premier League.

Mrowiec joined Hearts on loan from FBK Kaunas in 2008 as a holding midfielder, he made his debut against Falkirk in a 2 - 1 away defeat.
