Thanet College

Thanet College is a further education college located on the Isle of Thanet in Broadstairs, Kent on the southeast coast of the United Kingdom.

The main campus is located on Ramsgate Road, Broadstairs. Plans however are to relocate the college into purpose built buildings at Westwood on the outskirts of the town.

The college campuses

The college has four campuses located at various points in Thanet. The main campus is located in Broadstairs and consists of fifteen buildings.The vast majority of the buildings are named after bays in Thanet (Minnis, Pegwell, Kingsgate, etc.) The building that fronts the site is "The Yarrow" building. It is currently listed.

*The campus at Hartsdown House, Margate, is the Business Service Centre.
*The external Open Learning Resource Centre is located in Cliftonville.
*The college has an external construction centre located at Hornet's Close, Broadstairs.

*TV chef and celebrity Gary Rhodes was a student here.
