Henry the 8x8

Henry the 8X8 is a bass guitar cabinet made by the company SWR, who make bass amps and speaker cabinets for professional/semi professional bass players.

The name comes from the 8 8" speaker configuration. The "Henry" part comes from Henry VIII of England, a famous English monarch in the 15th and 16th centuries. The inspiration for this name may have come from either the physical size and shape of the cabinet or the way the speakers sound and how much volume (especially in the lower frequecies) the unit gives out.
