Hayat Ahmed Mohammed

Hayat Ahmed Mohammed (born 1982) - is the 2003 Miss World contender from Ethiopia. Hayat Ahmed was Ethiopia's first representative to any Miss World pageant. She is a third year student at the Unity University College pursuing a course in Information Management Systems.

In a Miss World pageant with 100 contestants, Hayat not only managed to make the semi-finals but also to pick up the title "Continental Queen of Beauty - Africa." The pageant in China was seen by 1 billion people. Hayat currently focuses her time on bringing HIV/AIDS awareness to other parts of the country, this involved her advertising Condoms in Ethiopia that sparked outrage and claims of hypocrisy as she is a Muslim girl promoting Safe sex with very seductive adverts for condoms on billboards in Ethiopia.
