Vincent Innocent Workman (born May 9, 1968 in Buffalo, New York) is a former professional American football running back who was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the fifth round of the 1989 NFL Draft. Workman played eight seasons in the NFL from 1989 to 1996 for the Packers, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Carolina Panthers and the Indianapolis Colts. Prior to his career at The Ohio State University, Vince went to Dublin Coffman High School, in Dublin Ohio where he still owns all but one rushing record from his tenure in 1982-1984. Vince currently works at the Packers training facility in Green Bay.

While with Green Bay in 1992, Workman played in the September game that is famously known for being the week that QB Brett Favre made his NFL game debut replacing the injured QB Don Majikowski. The Packers claimed victory 24-23 in a comeback win over the Bengals at Lambeau Field where Favre threw for two fourth quarter touchdowns to complete the rally.
