Pavel Plaskonny ( _ru. Павел Сергеевич Пласконный, born January 29, 1985) is a Belarusian footballer. He plays defender for Greek club Panionios F.C..

Plaskonny started his career at Lokomotiv Moscow "B". He signed a 3-year deal for Khimki in December 2007, which was later canceled. In January 2008, he signed a 2.5-year deal with Panionios F.C..fact|date=February 2008
