The Wounds Ribbon, was a South African military award. It was authorised on 21 December 1920, as a retrospective award for Boer veterans of the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902). The ribbon was issued, on application, to veterans who had been wounded on active service during the war. It was worn on the uniform, mounted like a medal ribbon.

The colours are red, green, white, yellow, and blue.
