Reer Khalaf (Khalaf Faarah Shirwa) of Somalia is one of the sub-clans. It is part of Omar Mahmoud, Majeerteen, Harti group of Darod clan.A nomadic sub-clan with a historically noble nature. Seen by many as a formidable group during times of fighting.
