"Hardenbergia" is a small genus of leguminous vines from Australia.The genus was named in honour of Franziska Countess von Hardenberg, by English botanist George Bentham, in 1837.

There are three species as follows:
*"Hardenbergia comptoniana" (Andrews) Benth.
*"Hardenbergia perbrevidens" R.J.F.Hend.
*"Hardenbergia violacea" (Schneev.) Stearn (False Sarsparilla, Purple Coral Pea, Waraburra)
