"Sand in The Sea" is a bonus disc included with the 2006 re-release of Trophy Scars' 2002 debut, Darts to The Sea. It contains 15 previously unreleased tracks and demos, recorded by the band between 2002 and 2004.

Tracks 1, 2, 9, 12 and 13 are demo versions of songs featured on previously released albums; Tracks 4 and 10 are variances on their original versions from "Darts to The Sea"; and Tracks 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 15 are previously unreleased songs. Track 14 is not Trophy Scars, but is a song performed by the supergroup Magellin', featuring the members of Trophy Scars and Maverick.
