last_aired = present|The İbo Show is a live Turkish variety program hosted by the singer and entertainer İbrahim Tatlıses. The show features interviews and performances by Tatlıses and his guests. On the air since 1990, the İbo Show has hosted guests ranging from pop stars to the Prime Minister. It was the first show of its kind with Tatlises introducing a unique combination of talk show and live concert every Sunday night. In December 2003, Tatlıses, who is of mixed Kurdish and Arab background, ["Rough Guide to World Music: Africa, Europe and the Middle East", ed. Simon Broughton, Mark Ellingham, and Richard Trillo (1999), p. 409.] was criticized when he sang a folk song in Kurdish on the İbo Show. The incident sparked protests and boycotts by Turkish nationalist and an assassination attempt. [Kerim Yildiz and Georgina Fryer, "The Kurds: Culture and language Rights" (London, 2004), p. 221.]

Ibrahim Tatlises is watched all over Europe via satellite and The Ibo Show provides access for an international audience to one of Turkey's greatest entertainers. Tatlises has also vowed to continue hosting İbo Show till 2010.
