Carl Michael Jones (born September 3 1986 in Sunderland, England) is an English footballer, currently playing for Gateshead.

Career

Jones is a tall, strong defender who made impressive strides through the ranks at Hartlepool United in a relatively short period of time.Fact|date=April 2008 He was spotted playing against the Club for Chester-Le-Street and did sufficiently well to warrant a trial.Fact|date=April 2008 He was rewarded with a new contract at the start of the 2006–07 season.
