Tom Kennedy (journalist)

Tom Kennedy (born in St. John's, Newfoundland on April 12, 1952) is a Canadian journalist. He is currently the London bureau chief for CTV News.Kennedy was educated at Ryerson University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in journalism, as well as educated in St. John's and Scotland. He began working at the "Globe and Mail" as an editor and reporter. He then moved on to the CBC in 1976 where he spent the next twenty-five years. He has been working in London since March 2001. He has won numerous awards including two Gemini Awards. He is also bilingual.
