"Best ~Bounce&Lovers~" is the third best-of album by Japanese pop star, Kumi Koda. The tracklisting for the CD will only contain Koda's ballads, and feature a track penned by Hideaki Tokunaga,http://rhythmzone.net/koda/information/newrelease070126.html] while the DVD will feature certain music videos reedited to show just the dancing scenes. It is released to coincide with Koda's sixth anniversary since her debut.
