Recent events

In 2001, the Playwrights' Center concluded a $1.1 million construction project aimed at enhancing the opportunities it offers to its members. One of the cornerstones of the project was a state-of-the-art theater that seats 120. The change has been instrumental in connecting the audiences that frequent the center to the playwrights to which the organization caters.
