All of the U.S. state of Wyoming is fully within one "at large" Congressional District making it the third largest district geographically in the nation. It has been represented by Republican Barbara L. Cubin since 1995. It is the least populous congressional district in America.

Current Vice President Dick Cheney represented the state in Congress from 1979 to 1989.
