Andrei Kerestely

Andrei Kerestely (born February 15, 1971) is a composer, producer and sound engineer from Bucharest, Romania. Kerestely manages Romania's Midi Sound Studios.

Kerestely comes from a musical background; his father, Jolt, is a prominent composer and former sound engineer for Romanian Television Company. After studying flute and piano, Kerestely started sound engineering in Munich, Germany. After forming an all-women band, Karizma, in 1995 with his German partner Werner Keul, Kerestely toured Germany and provided opening acts for artists such as 'N Sync, Run DMC, Lutricia McNeal, Mr. President, and Funky Diamonds.Fact|date=February 2007

Kerestely's "Balada timidului etern", performed by Gabriel Cotabita (1998), and "O singura noapte", performed by Adrian Enache (2002), won first place in the National Song Contest in Mamaia, Constanţa.
