Boris Boyarskov

Boris Antonovich Boyarskov (in _ru. Борис Антонович Боярсков, b. 1953, in Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman and government official.

In 1994 – 2004 he was a top manager of several Saint Petersburg banks

In April – June 2004 he was the acting Director of the Russian Culture Ministry Licensing Department which registers and licenses mass media. Since June 232004 he has been the Head of the Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Compliance with the Legislation in Mass Media and Cultural Heritage Protection (Rosokhrankultura).
