knitting magazine based inToronto and published quarterly since fall2002 .The magazine was founded by
Amy R. Singer and has been edited by her since its inception. Knitty presents original knitting patterns, essays, and how-to articles written by professionals and non-professionals in the field. The site is one of the most prominent facets of the revitalization of the knitting craft scene in the 21st century.
