Craig Gore

Craig Gore is a property developer, from Queensland, Australia. He is the son of property developer Mike Gore.^[1]

Business affairs

He is the former owner of the Australian financial planning chain "WPS", property development company "Consolidated Construction", luxury home builder "Consolidated Project Homes", an earth moving business and "Aussie Vineyards", a Queensland-based winery.^[2] He was ranked sixth on the BRW young rich list in 2006 with an estimated wealth of A$160 million.^[3] Was listed on the BRW Rich 200 list 199th at A$180 million in 2007.^{[citation needed]} He has also sponsored V8 Supercars^[4] and Indy racing teams.^[5]

In 2009 three companies that Gore controlled were placed into administration after defaulting on loans.^[6] He has previously spent seven years bankrupt in the 1990s and between August 2009 and 2010, six parties attempted to have him declared bankrupt.^[7]
