Zams is a municipality in the district of Landeck in Tyrol, Austria.

It is situated in a river basin together with its neighbour town Landeck near the rivers Inn and Sanna. The geographical location is coord|47|28|N|10|22|E|region:AT_type:municipality(3367). Here the old roads coming from Vinschgau, Engadin, Bavaria and Lake Constance are crossing.

The church tower as a main sight of the town is free standing. In 1911 a fire put half of the village in ash and destroyed much of the old built volumes. The tower remained, while the church was established about fifty meters away.
