Juan Castaño Quirós, nicknamed "Juanele" (born 10 April 1971 in Gijón), is a former Spanish footballer.

During his club career, forward Juanele played for Sporting de Gijón (1991-1994), CD Tenerife (1994-1999), Real Zaragoza (1999-2004), Terrassa FC (2004-2005) and Real Avilés Industrial (2005-06).

He earned 5 caps and scored 2 goals for the Spanish national team in 1994, and was named in the 1994 FIFA World Cup squad, but did not play in the tournament.
