Jerel Blassingame

Jerel Blassingame

Jerel Blassingame (born September 12, 1981 in Brooklyn, New York City, USA) is an American professional basketball player. He is 1.78 m (5'10") in height and he plays at the point guard position. He currently plays with LrNMKY Lappeenranta in Finnish Korisliiga (division 1).

College career

He played college basketball at UNLV with the UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team.

Pro career

Before career in Finland he played with Maccabi Rishon LeZion in the Israeli League. He has also played in the Swedish Obol Basketball League with the Solna Vikings. He was one of the shortest players in the OBL at only 178 cm (5'10"). Before he played with Solna, he also played with ENAD in the Cypriot League and AEK Athens BC in the Greek League.
