Errigal Ciarán GAC is a Gaelic Athletic Association Gaelic football club founded in 1990, [http://www.clubgaa.ie/tyrone/index.htm|Club GAA entry for Tyrone] in the town of Ballygawley, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

From 1928 until 1982, the parish of Ballygawley was represented by Ballygawley St. Ciaran’s, until a dispute arose within the parish, separating certain sections of the community. In 1989, Fr Sean Hegarty managed to broker peace between the groups, and they united under the team name Errigal Ciarán. [http://www.errigalciaran.com/club_history.asp|Official Site's club history]

The club has an illustrious history, despite being so young, having won six Tyrone club championships, and two Ulster Championships as of 2007.

The club has also produced many illustrious players, such as Peter Canavan, and the current Tyrone Manager, Mickey Harte started his managerial career guiding Errigal to Ulster Championship success.

Errigal Ciaran are the only club team in Tyrone to win the Ulster Club Championship. They have won the Ulster club championship twice in 1993 and 2003.
