Patrick Benjamin Noubissié Youmbi (born June 25, 1983) in Bois-Colombes, France, is an French football player who is currently a free agent, having most recently played for Scottish First Division side Dundee on loan from Hibernian of the Scottish Premier League.

Noubissie has played for French sides CS Brétigny-sur-Orge, Le Mée-sur-Seine SF, CS Sedan Ardennes and US Roye Foot Picardie 80 before signing for English teams Crewe Alexandra and Swindon Town.

In August 2007, Noubissie signed a two year contract with Hibs. Noubissie was then immediately loaned to Livingston on a three-month loan deal [cite news|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/h/hibernian/6941097.stm|title=Hibs loan new signing Noubissie|publisher=BBC Sport|date=August 10 2007] in order to build up his match fitness. He returned to Easter Road in November 2007 and made a few appearances for Hibs, but he then fell out of favour after manager John Collins resigned.

Noubissie was subsequently loaned out to Dundee on March 4 2008 as an emergency loan but he was largly disappointing for the Dens club.
