F.C. Virginia

The F.C. Virginia was a member of the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL). This team played its only season in the summer of 2006, compiling a record of 6 wins, 3 losses and 1 tie for third place in the southern division of the East Conference. The coach was Jef Nesbit and the team was composed of primarily college and ex-college players. The team has since folded.

2006 Roster

Members of the inaugural team included: Aly Pont, Melissa Krnjaic, Lindsay Alexander, Katie Bunch, Rachel Young, Lindsey Miller, Melissa Somadelis, Gina Om, Katie Somadelis, Jasmine Riley, Meghan Flesch, Meghan Lenczyk, Rebecca Zimmerman, Jessica DeStefano, Christina Papageorge, and Stephanie Croghan.
