In its bid to win the licence two "RSL's" were aired, the first from above a well known bakery on Frenchgate, and the second from a former private residence further from the town centre.A number of well known and established presenters were used for the RSL's, including John Marshall (Lincs fm) Craig Strong (Trent, Lincs, Century, Gem) Kenny Hague, (Trent, Leicester Sound, Fosseway) and Mike Barge /Bargey. The bid was obviously successful.The service for Doncaster broadcasts on 107.1FM [cite web|url=http://www.traxfm.co.uk/pages/home.asp?servername=traxdoncaster#section3529|title=Trax FM 107.1 Doncaster|accessdate=2007-05-27|publisher=Lincs FM Group] from the studios on the "White Rose Way" in Doncaster. The signal is broadcast from the Clifton transmitter, nearConisbrough ,South Yorkshire . Programmes
Nick Hancock presents the breakfast show from 5am-10am with George & Barbara on weekdays and then Jim Moore in Doncaster through the morning, and Warren Miller is on at the same time across Bassetlaw. Then Barghy is on for drive time from 2pm. From 6pm-11pm, there is the live "Evening show" hosted by Tom Priestley. The weekend offers something slightly different but most of the weekday presenters have a show at the weekend. From 4pm-7pm on Sundays, the station transmits Hit40Uk.
George & Barbara
These are two cleaners at Trax FM who do a feature every morning guessing the ages of celebrities. George famously says each morning "Good Morning to you!" in a singing voice!
