"Calothamnus" is a genus of shrubs, in the family Myrtaceae, which are endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. The name "Calothamnus", ascribed to the genus by botanist Robert Brown, is derived from the Greek words "kalos" (beautiful) and "thamnos" (shrub).
