Cyssero (born Michael Dowell) is an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who records for Affiliated Records. Cyssero was signed to The Black Wall Street Records,Fact|date=July 2007 but left in 2006 after releasing his second album "Protege of The Game. He has been labeled the King of Philly by Smack DVD, because of his provasive lyricism and respect as a high figure in the Philadelphia black community.

Cassidy

Cyssero was at first an associate of Cassidy,Fact|date=July 2007 but after Cassidy accused Cyssero of taking his style in the "Smack" DVD, Cyssero released a diss track, "The Main Event". Cassidy responded with "Wow". Since then, Cyssero has dissed Cassidy on tracks including "Bleed Like Me" and "This Is War". When Cyssero was with The Game on a tour in Denver and Cassidy was with Swizz Beatz he wanted to resolve the beef in a on-stage freestyle battle, but Cassidy did not want to battle him. Cassidy pulled Cyssero to the side,they shook hands, and the beef was presumed over. On Cassidy's 3rd mainstream album B.A.R.S., on the first track, he calls Cyssero "Sissyro". Cyssero made a video on Youtube in which he addresses the entire Cassidy situation up until November 2007.
