Hamide Bıkçın Tosun

Hamide Bıkçın Tosun (born January 24, 1978) is a female Turkish Taekwondo athlete, who competed in the Women's 49-57 kg weight class at the 2000 Summer Olympics held in Sydney, Australia and won the bronze medal.

She began Taekwondo already in her early age of 8 and became national champion in children's and girl's categories. After winning the European and World championships, she married and became mother of a daughter Zeynep. Hamide Bıkçın Tosun suspended her active fighting sports life in the years 1996 and 1997. She is member of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Club.
