- IAe.22 DL
The I.Ae. 22 "DL" was an Argentine advanced
training aircraft designed by the Instituto Aerotecnico (AeroTechnical Institute) in 1943. It had a wooden structure, and a 9-cylinder 450 HPradial engine (Ae 16 "El Gaucho") with a Hamilton Standard 2M-D-30 metallicpropeller . The prototype flew the 8 August 1944, although some sources give a different date.fact|date=December 2007 Approximately 200 aircraft were built.
