[http://www.warfleet.net Tesseraction Games] is an American video game developer based in Oregon and was founded in 2001 by a handful of former Dynamix employees: Kelly Asay, Blake Hutchins, Alex Jimenez, Dave Lauck and Shawn Eastley. Tesseraction developed and released "" in 2003.

On September 23, 2003, Tesseraction Games filed a [http://www.warfleet.net/TAG_V_GMX.html lawsuit] against their distributor, UK-based GMX Media Ltd., alleging breach of contract, and sought damages totalling over $1.6 million. On July 14, 2006, a judge granted a motion for summary judgement against GMX Media Ltd. and collection efforts were begun.
