Summer Hill, Illinois , is one of two houses in Pike County listed on theNational Register of Historic Places . The other Pike County home on the Register is the Shastid House in Pittsfield. The Scott House joined the Register in 1983, then and now Summer Hill's only Registered Historic Place. It is located alongU.S. Route 54 and is one of twelve sites and districts county-wide included in the Register. Others include theGriggsville Landing Lime Kiln in Valley City, theMassie Variety Store in New Canton and the Church of Christ inPerry, Illinois .Notes
