Mohammed Arshad Raza is a citizen of Pakistanheld in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba. Pakistan's "Daily Times" reports that a man named Mohammed Arshad, from Bahawalnagar, was repatriated to Pakistan in the fall of 2004.cite news
