Michael Dillon, 12th Earl of Roscommon

Michael James Robert Dillion, 12th Earl of Roscommon (2 October 1798–15 May 1850) was the last Earl of Roscommon.

Michael Dillon married Charlotte Talbot (born circa 1800) the daughter of John Joseph Talbot and Susan Harriet Anne Bedingfeld on 19 August 1980. In 1828 Michael Dillon, who was a descendant of the first Earl of Roscommon, established his title to the earldom before the House of Lords. The earldom had previously become extinct on the death of the 11th Earl in 1816.

Dillon's wife Charlotte died on 21 November 1843 and on his death on 15 May 1850 at age 51 the earldom became extinct once again.
