Carlos Moreno de Caro

Carlos Moreno de Caro (born in the city of Barranquilla) is a Colombian politician and founder of the Let the Moreno play movement political party. In 2007 he was appointed by president Álvaro Uribe as ambassador to South Africa, generating controversy after Moreno proposed including in his diplomatic envoy war displaced people, a beauty pageant queen and a soccer player.
